November was National Novel Writing Month, or NaNoWriMo for short. The basic idea is to set a writing goal every day, so that by the end of the month, you have a novel (or part of one, anyway). For the fifth year in a row, I participated by writing 1000 words per day, roughly 120 pages for the month.
Six students joined me this year and they wrote an average of 2 pages per day, so they now have 60-page stories! In the upcoming weeks, we will be editing and revising the work until we are satisfied.
